1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Superfin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Superfin provides tools to view and analyze your financial transactions and to surface insights and recommendations. Superfin is an informational tool — it is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your financial decisions.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Superfin.
4. Bank connections
Bank connectivity is provided through Plaid. By linking an account you authorize us and Plaid to access your financial data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Superfin is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
