Delete your Superfin account

Delete it in the app

  1. Open Superfin on your phone and sign in.
  2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the Dashboard.
  3. Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

On the web, sign in at superfinapp.com, open Profile > Account, and click Delete account.

Cannot sign in?

Email support@superfinapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm that the account is yours, then delete it.

What we delete

  • Your login and profile.
  • Your bank connections. We also disconnect them at Plaid.
  • Accounts, balances and transactions, with your categories, notes and rules.
  • Budgets, savings goals, subscriptions we found, alerts and AI chat history.
  • Your settings, and a web subscription (we cancel it).

Deletion happens right away and you cannot undo it. Copies in our database backups are removed when those backups expire.

App Store and Google Play subscriptions

If you subscribed to Superfin Pro through the App Store or Google Play, cancel the subscription in your store account settings as well. Deleting your Superfin account does not stop store billing.
